Acne Revenge – an Enjoyable Application at the Facebook

WDF – Web Design Factory prepared and launched the enjoyable application “Acne Revenge” for the company Walmark, particularly the product Acneon "Acne Revenge". Our agency was assigned to create viral-potential communication aimed at teenagers.

As suitable environment to distribute information we have chosen the popular social network Facebook and have given an enjoyable and a bit malicious instrument into its users´ hands. Its application is easy, it is sufficient to pick up a picture of a friend of yours in your photo album, to “beautify” his/her face with teenager pimples using our application, and then to send a message referring to a newly dressed picture. Besides an enjoyable effect in form of the modified pictures the product communication, i.e. a message that Acneon helps protect the skin from acne, is elaborated in a very sensitive way too.

The application is now newly online and has already had visible results – for example, during the only one day the number of the sent pictures exceeded 1500. We believe that the Acne Revenge will become a popular game and if you also get a message into your profile on the Facebook that somebody has made your picture full of acne, do not worry about it and revenge your friend´s attempt by your counterattack :-)
